Artist Osama Saeed was born in the village of Nahif in Galilee in 1957.
He received a master’s degree in arts from the University of Berlin in 1988 and worked in the field of teaching art for ten years.
Saeed creates artworks that integrate reality and illusion. His works portray fleeing images and hidden feelings from the past.
We see many different artistic influences in his works. Furthermore, we see the impact of impressionism sometimes when he uses stark and sharp colors to express his deep inner feelings about different subjects. Also, we see the effect of abstraction on various works when he attempts to convey his feelings on fabric and portray to us in abstract forms, colors and ideas what lies within us and everything that have we lived.
He participated in many group exhibitions, among them was an exhibition held at the Museum of Modern Art in Berlin in 1991 and an exhibition entitled (The Intifada as an act of Palestinian creativity) organized by the Ministry of Culture in Morocco in 1991 . Also he participated in the exhibition called (Memory and Migration) at the Art Gallery in Umm Al-Fahm in 2012.

يقدم سعيد اعمالا فنية تجمع ما بين الواقع و الوهم . حيث نرى في اعماله صور هاربة و مشاعر دفينة من زمن مضى .
نراه احيانا يرسم بتأثيرات فنية مختلفة . حيث نرى سيطرة الانطباعية احيانا باستعمال الوان صارخة و حادة لتعبر عما يجيش في صدره من احاسيس تجاه الاشياء . و نرى تأثير التجريد في اعماله المختلفة بمحاولة لنقل مشاعره على القماش . فيصور لنا بالتجريد اشكالا و الوانا و افكارا تبعثر في داخلنا كل ما عشناه و نعيشه .
شارك في العديد من المعارض الجماعية ، كان من بينها معرض اقيم في متحف الفن الحديث في برلين عام 1991 و معرض بعنوان ( الانتفاضة كفعل في الابداع الفلسطيني ) نظمته وزارة الثقافة في المغرب عام 1991 . و معرض ( ذاكرة و هجرة ) في صالة العرض للفنون في ام الفحم عام 2012 .
